Done in conjunction with the following system:
 Apply a fungicide on porous terra cotta tiles only.
High pressure water clean.
Apply a sealer/binder with added fungicide, to prevent
fungi and algae re-growth
Apply two coats of Roofline 100 acrylic roof coating
(with fungicide additive), in your choice of colour.
Apply a dapple coat for a two-tone tile look if required.
Remove all rubbish and clean-up the job site.

High pressure water clean.
Grind rust and peeling paint.
Install sleeves to laps where required.
Remove loose nails and replace with tek screws.
Apply rust inhibitor.
Apply two coats of Roofline 100 acrylic roof coating
(with fungicide additive), in your choice of colour.
Remove all rubbish and clean up the job site. |
